BUB Human Rights Exhibition | Attended by HEC Secretary General Dr Abdulghani Al-Showaikh
BUB was delighted to host Dr Abdulghani Al-Showaikh, Secretary General of the Higher Education Council – HEC. Dr Al-Showaikh received a warm welcome from BUB staff and students, at our human rights exhibition, on the 8th of December 2019. This exhibition showcased inter-disciplinary student projects focusing on ideas to eliminate the problem of sub-standard housing.
The exhibition was hosted by human rights expert and BUB Lecturer Ms Leena Al-Belooshi. Our event outlined many social problems and real life issues, from around the globe. All of which supports and reflects the BUB mission – To encourage our students to apply their knowledge to real world problems.
We would like to thank Dr Abdulghani Al-Showaikh, for attending our human rights exhibition. BUB also thanks our resident HR expert Ms Al-Belooshi, who made this event possible. We are continually reminded that the success of our University stems from the passion and dedication of all BUB staff members.
