Team Shield Injaz Winners | Young Entrepreneurs Competition 2020
We could not be more impressed with our resilient and dedicated students. You have to consider the unique circumstances that we all find ourselves in. Then consider the pressures that University students face, simply completing their studies. When these factors are combined and our students not only succeed but succeed above all others, it is nothing short of astonishing.
At the recent Injaz Young Entrepreneurs Competition, BUB Team Shield were nominated for three awards. It is now our distinct pleasure to announce that Team Shield won two out of the three awards. Further to this, BUB was the only University in Bahrain to be Double Winners, at the Injaz 2020 competition.
This achievement was made possible, with the tireless support of two key members of staff. Ms Fatema Abdulrahman – BUB Head of Student Affairs and Mr Ahmed Abdulghani – Injaz Student Mentor. BUB would therefore like to extend our highest praise to both of you. The commitment of Ms Abdulrahman to her students is and has always been, exemplary. In addition, the experience and knowledge of Mr Abdulghani was an inspiration to our students. This winning duo professionally guided Team Shield to success and BUB sincerely thanks both of you.
We would also like to thank all the members of Team Shield – Injaz Winners 2020. You have represented our University is the best way possible. All BUB students continually display commitment and dedication and this achievement is a prime example of those efforts. You have made us all very proud and we hope that you maintain the high standards you have all set.
